STEP ONE: HEAT FORMING™
Preventing the cracking, moisture, rust and corrosion often associated with competitors’ panels, the first step in the Evercure Process is Heat Forming™. An Everlast panel treated with the Heat Formed™ paint system affords greater flexibility, letting it withstand the rigors of the forming process. Since the paint coverage remains uncompromised, the result is outstanding barrier protection that helps prevent corrosion by isolating the steel form.
STEP TWO: ADVANCED TOOLING
Everlast Roofing, Inc.’s roll-formed products feature Advanced State-of-the-Art Tooling. By using extra stands, less stress is placed on the formed radius of each panel. This provides consistent panel profiles for an even, uniform look across the board.
STEP THREE: CECI
The last step to our Evercure Process is to protect the factory-cut edge of each manufactured steel panel. Applied to all Everlast II™, Everdrain™, PBR™ and “A” panels, CECI is a corrosion inhibitor that goes on clear for a polished look. Proven through industry research, CECI helps reduce corrosion rates for a long-lasting, high-quality finish.
